Delete Your Account

You can delete your client account yourself, instantly, inside the app:

• Open the app and go to Profile → Delete account.
• Confirm the deletion. Your account is removed immediately and you are signed out.

Prefer to start here? Sign in and open your profile, then choose “Delete account”.

Salon accounts hold business records (staff, billing, statutory invoices), so deletion is handled by our team to make sure nothing is lost unintentionally. Email info@svachalita.in from your registered email with the subject “Delete my SalonOS account”. We verify the request and complete deletion within 7 working days.

• Your login credentials and profile (name, phone, email).
• For clients: your salon links, submitted feedback and notification history.
• For salons: the salon workspace and its data, after the wind-down steps above.

• Invoices and billing records are retained as required by Indian tax law (GST), even after account deletion.
• Visit and billing records a salon keeps about you as their customer belong to that salon (the data controller). Deleting your app account unlinks you from them; to amend or remove the salon’s copy, contact the salon, or email us and we will help.
• Backups containing deleted data are purged automatically within 30 days.
