Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of SalonOS (the salon management application) and Maison (the client application), operated by Svachalita, Alwar, Rajasthan, India. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.

SalonOS provides salons with tools for appointments, billing, client management, inventory, staff management and marketing. Maison lets salon clients discover salons, book appointments, and view their invoices, memberships and offers. We may add, change or remove features as the product evolves.

• You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials confidential.
• You are responsible for activity under your account.
• Client accounts link to salon records using your mobile number — use your own number only.
• We may suspend accounts that abuse the service, attempt to access other tenants’ data, or break the law.

Salons control the business data they enter — services, prices, client records, invoices and promotions — and are responsible for its accuracy and legality, including tax compliance on invoices and obtaining any consents needed to message their clients. Prices and availability shown in Maison are set by each salon; the booking is an arrangement between the client and the salon.

Maison does not currently process payments. Payments for services are settled directly with the salon. Invoices shown in the app are records issued by the salon. Cancellation and no-show policies are set by each salon.

• No attempts to breach security, scrape data or access another user’s or tenant’s data.
• No unlawful, fraudulent or abusive use, including spam messaging.
• No reverse engineering or reselling of the service without written permission.

We work to keep the service available and reliable but provide it “as is” without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Svachalita is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for disputes between salons and their clients. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time (see account deletion). We may terminate or suspend access for breach of these terms. Provisions that by nature survive termination (e.g. liability limits, statutory record retention) do so.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Alwar, Rajasthan have exclusive jurisdiction.
